Paul won the Landscape and Environment Category in the Capture Awards in December 2023. The annual Capture Awards are designed to celebrate and showcase outstanding work by professional photographers from all over Australia and New Zealand and is one of the biggest competitions of its kind in this region.

World Photographic Cup Finalist
Kind of like the Olympics of Photography, Paul was honoured to be chosen to represent his country in the World Photographic Cup. Ultimately he achieved not only a coveted Finalist position but then his powerful mining image won 6th in the World in the Landscape Category as announced in Dallas Texas in April 27, 2024.
